"Consideration" is a photographic sequence of portraits that plays upon subtle shifts between confidence, indefeasibility, shaping a conviction and the need for consolation. Economical and political dependencies, power enmeshments and the quest for profit leads to un-transparent high-level decisions that are no longer being informed by objective factors or attempted for communal benefits. The consequences of these determinations are often incalculable, concealing possible negative effects. Yet public proclamations are appareled by facades of conviction and confidence. Here and there, the image disintegrates by a shimmer of doubt and effeteness, and reactions from those within an inner circle flicker between trust, solace and encouragement.
